Maple’s SYRUP fell 24% over a week despite $2.71 billion in total value locked and September token buybacks that doubled from August.

Maple’s SYRUP token lost 24% over a week, posting a weaker performance than both Bitcoin and Ether, according to The Defiant.
Maple continued to hold $2.71 billion in total value locked, even as its token price declined.
Meanwhile, revenue-funded SYRUP buybacks in September were twice the August level. The increase in repurchases contrasted with the token’s weekly losses.
