Broadcom and Verizon are among eight more companies opposing trading on the planned OKX-ICE venue, while Nasdaq separately plans to opt out of the SEC framework.

Eight additional companies, including Broadcom and Verizon, have objected to having their shares traded on the proposed OKX-ICE venue, according to CoinDesk.
The objections highlight issuer resistance as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s framework for tokenized stocks faces scrutiny from companies whose shares could be traded.
Separately, Nasdaq has said it would opt out under the SEC’s framework. Its position adds to the pushback surrounding the proposed approach to tokenized stock trading.
