Zcash co-founder Sean Bowe has called for an end to new funding allocations to Zcash Community Grants (ZCG), according to Cointelegraph.
Bowe argues that the grants program, described in the report as exceeding $125 million, already holds enough money to continue supporting projects.
He wants the program’s share of new ZEC redirected to a reserve for the Zcash network. His proposal concerns future allocations rather than stopping grants financed from existing funds.
