Visa Survey Finds APAC Interest in Stablecoins Outpaces Understanding
Nearly half of Asia-Pacific consumers surveyed by Visa are open to using stablecoins by 2031, but just 6% correctly understood how they work.

Nearly half of consumers in the Asia-Pacific region surveyed by Visa expressed openness to using stablecoins by 2031, according to CoinDesk.
The survey covered 14,250 people and indicated growing interest in stablecoins as a payment option.
Knowledge of the technology remained limited: only 6% of respondents correctly understood how stablecoins function. The findings point to a gap between willingness to use them and understanding of their mechanics.
