Strategy shareholders approved daily preferred-stock dividends with 99.3% support, with STRC starting in November and three other series following in January.
Strategy shareholders voted to approve daily dividends on preferred stock, with 99.3% in favor, according to Decrypt.
STRC will be the first series to adopt the schedule in November, paying dividends for each calendar day.
STRF, STRK and STRD will move to daily dividend payments in January, completing the announced rollout across the four series.
