All three indexes were trading lower after opening higher. The Dow was down 10 points, or less than 0.1%. The S&P 500 was down 0.1%. The Nasdaq Composite was down 0.3%.
Roughly 313 S&P 500 stocks were actually on the rise on Tuesday, but the Roundhill Magnificent Seven ETF and the iShares Semiconductor ETF were both down about 0.3%.
