Crypto casino brand Stake has reopened its Brazilian website following a federal court ruling that temporarily protects its local license from the country’s betting ban.
A federal judge in São Paulo granted the protection through Oct. 25, allowing the company’s Brazilian operation to resume service during that period.
Stake described the ruling as the first such reprieve for a licensed operator affected by the ban. The Brazilian government said it would appeal the decision.
