Institutions can use Ripple Prime for round-the-clock stock trading with RLUSD collateral, though HSBC warns liquidity may limit large trades.

Ripple is giving institutional clients access to round-the-clock stock trading through Ripple Prime, according to CoinDesk.
Participants can put up RLUSD as collateral, adding a stablecoin-based funding option for institutions using the platform.
HSBC cautions that liquidity remains thin. A limited pool of buyers and sellers could make it difficult to execute large positions, even with trading available at all hours.
