Ripple and C2FO are bringing invoice financing and payment settlement to the XRP Ledger, with Ripple’s dollar-backed stablecoin, RLUSD, used in the process.
The initiative addresses delays in bank transfers that can leave suppliers waiting several days to receive funds after an early payment has been approved.
Announced on Oct. 27, the effort aims to shorten settlement times to seconds and give suppliers quicker access to cash tied to approved invoices.
