Perpetuals.com Pursues U.S. Tokenized Stock Venue Under SEC Framework
Nasdaq-listed Perpetuals.com is seeking a U.S. marketplace for tokenized stocks, following a venture between OKX and NYSE parent ICE.

Perpetuals.com, which is listed on Nasdaq, is pursuing plans for a U.S. marketplace for tokenized stock trading under a new SEC exemption framework.
The effort involves the former head of FTX Europe. According to CoinDesk, Perpetuals.com is the second company to seek such a marketplace through the framework.
Its move follows a joint venture between crypto exchange OKX and Intercontinental Exchange, the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange. The report describes plans to pursue the marketplace, rather than a completed launch.
