Ostium Proposes Optional Equity for Hacked Liquidity Providers
Ostium's Stage 2 proposal combines claims on recovered funds and opening fees with an optional equity allocation, with holders given until Oct. 30 to elect.

Ostium has proposed a second-stage arrangement for liquidity providers affected by a hack, according to The Defiant. The plan includes an option to receive an equity allocation.
Stage 2 would give participants a proportional claim on recovered funds and half of Ostium’s opening fees. The optional equity component would be priced using the company’s next funding round.
Allocation percentages have yet to be set. Holders have until Oct. 30 to make their election.
