Morgan Stanley, Oliver Wyman Forecast $2.3T in Tokenized Assets by 2030
A joint report from Morgan Stanley and Oliver Wyman projects tokenized real-world assets could total about $2.3 trillion by 2030.
Tokenized real-world assets could reach a total value of approximately $2.3 trillion by 2030, according to a forecast from Morgan Stanley and Oliver Wyman reported by The Defiant.
The firms expect around $1.7 trillion of that total to be associated with collateral mobility and asset utility, accounting for nearly three-quarters of the projected market.
The estimates appear in their joint 2026 asset and wealth management report, titled “Breaking from the Pack: The Race for Above-Market Growth.” The figures describe an expected future market size rather than current tokenized holdings.
