Meanwhile Raises $37.5M in Bain Capital Crypto-Led Round
Bitcoin-denominated life insurer Meanwhile announced $37.5 million in new funding, taking its total capital raised above $180 million.
Meanwhile, a life insurance provider operating in bitcoin, announced on Oct. 8 that it had secured $37.5 million in fresh funding.
Bain Capital Crypto led the round, which pushed the company’s cumulative capital raised past $180 million.
Meanwhile is licensed to conduct its life insurance business entirely in bitcoin, with policies denominated in the cryptocurrency rather than conventional currency.
