Liquid Reports Bitcoin Swaps Back Online, Peg-Outs Still Halted

Liquid says Bitcoin swaps have resumed, but peg-outs remain suspended as reserves cover about 85.8% of outstanding L-BTC, The Defiant reports.
Liquid says Bitcoin swaps are available again, according to The Defiant. Peg-outs, however, remain suspended.
The reported reserves cover approximately 85.8% of outstanding L-BTC. That leaves a shortfall of roughly 603 BTC.
The restoration of swaps therefore does not represent a full return of functionality: the separate peg-out process remains unavailable.
