Lido Interface Adds ETH Staking Access From Four Layer 2 Networks
Edited by Steinar Vigdel Kolnes, Editor, Oslo
Lido now lets users access ETH staking from four Layer 2 networks, delivering wstETH through local liquidity pools.

Lido has added support to its interface for users to stake ETH directly from four Layer 2 networks, according to The Defiant.
The process gives users wstETH from liquidity pools on their chosen Layer 2 network. Their ETH is bridged to Ethereum, where staking takes place.
The local pools are replenished in the background. This separates the delivery of wstETH on Layer 2 from the movement of ETH to Ethereum for staking.
