Edited by Steinar Vigdel Kolnes, Editor, Oslo
Blockaid found victims recovered $9.8 million of $1.18 billion traced across 60 crypto exploits, with no recoveries attributed to issuer blacklists.

Issuer blacklists produced no recoveries in 60 crypto exploits examined by Blockaid, according to a report covered by The Defiant.
The analysis traced $1.18 billion between January and August. Victims received $9.8 million back, representing less than 1% of the funds tracked.
All funds frozen or returned in the cases examined resulted from governance interventions or validator action, rather than issuer blacklisting.
