Elon Musk’s Grok led AI agent trading activity on Coinbase in the week leading up to Sept. 21, accounting for 59.5% of volume, according to Bitcoin.com News.
ChatGPT represented 1.5% of the same volume. That put Grok’s share at nearly 40 times ChatGPT’s, a comparison of trading activity rather than investment performance.
The figures appeared in a chart shared by Coinbase’s developer account. Bitcoin.com News described the disclosure as unusual, noting that the exchange does not typically publish a breakdown of trading activity by chatbot.
