Decrypt reports a quantum computing milestone at Google, a rebound in major cryptocurrencies and a potential index removal for Strategy.
Google has reached a significant milestone in quantum computing, according to Decrypt, which reported that the advance does not currently threaten Bitcoin’s security.
Major cryptocurrencies also rebounded despite a hotter-than-expected producer price index reading. The gains came against a backdrop of persistent inflation concerns.
Meanwhile, Michael Saylor’s Strategy faces the possibility of being dropped from a major index. The potential removal remains a risk, rather than a confirmed decision.
