Divers Report Finding Lost Fishing Boat Near Block Island Wind Turbine

Green Oceans, a Rhode Island organization, says divers have discovered a wreck roughly 50 feet from turbine No. 1 at the Block Island Wind Farm. The group believes it is the fishing vessel Mistress.

The Mistress went down off Block Island on January 1, 2019, leaving two fishermen dead. A U.S. Coast Guard search covered 2,152 square miles but failed to locate the boat.
