DBS reports that nearly 90% of large businesses are embracing tokenized cash for faster payments, with stablecoins leading current or planned use.

Nearly 90% of large businesses are embracing tokenized cash to accelerate payments, according to DBS findings reported by CoinDesk.
Stablecoins are the most widely used or planned instrument in the findings, at 63%. That figure combines existing adoption with intended use, rather than measuring current use alone.
Tokenized deposits follow at 53%, while tokenized money market funds stand at 52%. Both trail stablecoins, with just one percentage point separating the two categories.
