Custodia Asks Supreme Court to Review Fed Master Account Dispute
Edited by Steinar Vigdel Kolnes, Editor, Oslo
Crypto-focused Custodia Bank is pressing the U.S. Supreme Court to review a ruling over Federal Reserve master account access.

Custodia Bank has filed a reply brief asking the U.S. Supreme Court to hear its dispute over access to the Federal Reserve's payment system.
The case challenges a 10th Circuit ruling that permitted regional Federal Reserve banks to reject master account applications from institutions that otherwise qualify to apply.
Custodia, which focuses on digital-asset banking services, is seeking Supreme Court review as part of its continuing legal challenge involving the Federal Reserve.
A decision by the Supreme Court on whether to take the case could determine whether the lower-court ruling receives further review.
