CoreWeave and Broadcom Object to OKX-ICE Stock Tokenization
Edited by Steinar Vigdel Kolnes, Editor, Oslo
The OKX-ICE stock tokenization venture has disclosed nine issuer objections, including CoreWeave and Broadcom, blocking trading in the affected tokens under a conditional SEC exemption.

CoreWeave and Broadcom have joined the companies objecting to stock tokenization by the OKX-ICE venture, according to The Defiant.
The venture now reports objections from nine issuers. Each objection prevents the token tied to that company’s shares from trading under the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s conditional exemption.
The disclosed objections limit which stock tokens can trade through the venture under that exemption. The source summary did not identify the other seven issuers or explain the companies’ reasons for objecting.
