CoinDCX Denies Wallet Hack After $16 Million in Outflows Flagged
Edited by Steinar Vigdel Kolnes, Editor, Oslo
CoinDCX denied that its active wallets were hacked after blockchain sleuths flagged $16 million in outflows from addresses linked to the Indian exchange.

India-based crypto exchange CoinDCX has rejected claims that its active wallets were compromised, according to CoinDesk.
The denial followed alerts from blockchain sleuths who identified $16 million in transfers out of addresses associated with the exchange and described the activity as suspicious.
The flagged transfers do not, on their own, establish that a hack occurred. The report did not specify the purpose of the outflows or identify their recipients.
