Celestia rose 16% as several altcoins outperformed a largely steady bitcoin, while Fed Chair Warsh offered no indication of his interest-rate plans.
Several altcoins posted gains while bitcoin traded near $82,100 with little change, according to CoinDesk.
Celestia recorded the largest increase among the tokens cited, climbing 16%. Injective gained 7.7%, while LayerZero advanced 7.3%.
On monetary policy, Fed Chair Warsh provided no guidance on his plans for interest rates.
