Celestia Launches Fibre With Direct Validator Uploads for Rollups

Celestia has activated Fibre, enabling rollups to upload directly to validators with initial limits of 128 MiB per blob and 200 submissions per block.
Celestia has activated Fibre, giving rollups a way to send uploads directly to validators, according to The Defiant.
The first release supports blobs of up to 128 MiB and permits as many as 200 Fibre submissions in each block.
Those launch settings differ from the conditions used in Fibre’s terabit benchmark. The live release uses smaller uploads and a slower block cadence than that test.
