Bybit Wins Full Dubai License for Spot Trading, Launch Still Pending

Bybit has secured a full VARA license for spot trading in Dubai, but must meet further regulatory requirements before starting services.
Crypto exchange Bybit has obtained a full license from Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) covering spot trading services.
The approval does not mean the exchange can launch those services immediately. Bybit still needs to complete additional regulatory requirements before going live.
The remaining steps leave the service launch pending despite the licensing milestone. The report did not specify what those requirements involve or provide a launch date.
