Blockchain.com Launches $5 Crypto Options With No Early Exit

Blockchain.com has introduced options on seven cryptocurrencies, with premiums from $5 and terms of up to a week, but traders cannot close positions before expiry.
Blockchain.com introduced cryptocurrency options trading on Tuesday, giving eligible users access to contracts tied to price moves in seven digital assets.
Premiums start at $5, and the simplified contracts expire within a week. A trader’s maximum loss is limited to the amount paid upfront.
The contracts do not allow early exits. Users must hold their positions until expiration, including when sharp market moves turn against them.
