Next Technology Holding has authorized possible sales or pledging of its roughly 5,833 BTC as it reviews digital asset security risks.

Next Technology Holding, ranked by Bitcoin.com News as the 18th-largest publicly traded corporate bitcoin holder, has approved the option to sell or pledge some or all of its approximately 5,833 BTC.
The decision follows a major security incident involving Binance, although the company said none of its bitcoin is held on the exchange.
Next Technology Holding cited broader concerns around exchange security, international cyberattacks and potential risks from advances in quantum computing.
The authorization gives the company flexibility over its bitcoin holdings but does not necessarily mean that a sale will take place.
