Binance has applied for a crypto license in Brazil and is delisting 22 assets for local users, Cointelegraph reported.
Binance has submitted an application for a Brazilian crypto license ahead of a Friday deadline, according to Cointelegraph.
The exchange is also removing 22 crypto assets from its offering to users in Brazil. The report did not identify the affected assets.
Binance hopes discussions with Brazil’s central bank will enable it to bring back some services. Whether those talks will lead to any restoration remains uncertain.
