Binance Promotes Up to 7.77% in XRP Rewards as RLUSD Base Rate Falls

Binance is promoting XRP rewards for RLUSD holders, while its payout table shows the campaign’s base rate has declined for three consecutive weeks.
Binance is advertising rewards of up to 7.77%, paid in XRP, for users holding Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin.
In a post on X early Saturday, the exchange promoted an $800,000 XRP reward pool tied to the campaign.
However, Binance’s payout table shows that the base rate has fallen for three straight weeks. The advertised maximum is distinct from that base rate.
