Binance Pool to Shut Down After Hashrate Falls 65%

Binance Pool, which previously accounted for 2.3% of the Bitcoin network’s computing power, is shutting down, according to CoinDesk.

Hashrate directed to the pool has declined roughly 65%, falling from 26 exahashes per second (EH/s) in December to around 9 EH/s.

Miners still using the pool must move to another provider before the Nov. 10 cutoff.
