Arrington XRP Fund Reports 19.9% Evernorth Voting Stake

Arrington XRP Capital Fund disclosed a 19.9% voting stake in Evernorth, with Rippleworks able to direct voting on 30.2 million shares held by the fund.
Arrington XRP Capital Fund reported a 19.9% voting interest in Nasdaq-listed Evernorth in a filing disclosed late Monday, according to Bitcoin.com News. The outlet valued the stake at $514 million.
The filing also states that Rippleworks can direct how 30.2 million of the fund’s shares are voted. That arrangement gives Rippleworks voting authority over those shares, although they are held by the fund.
The disclosure was made through a Form 3, an initial ownership report filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission by company insiders and shareholders holding more than 10%.
