ARK Brings Venture Fund Shares to Ethereum With $500 Entry Point
ARK Invest has introduced tokenized ARK Venture Fund shares on Ethereum through Securitize, opening access to U.S. retail investors with a $500 minimum.
Cathie Wood’s ARK Invest has brought shares of its ARK Venture Fund (ARKVX) onto Ethereum in tokenized form, using Securitize for the offering.
Investors can participate with a minimum of $500. Securitize CEO Carlos Domingo said the offering is open to retail investors in the United States.
Domingo described the rollout as ARK’s first tokenization initiative, marking the firm’s initial move to offer fund shares in blockchain-based form.
