Arbitrum recorded 1.09 million active addresses on Oct. 28, but transaction growth was more modest and user-paid fees remained near recent levels.

Active addresses on Arbitrum reached 1.09 million on Oct. 28, the highest level in 30 days, according to The Defiant.
Transaction activity also increased that day, though its rise was substantially smaller than the growth in active addresses.
Fees paid by users remained near the median recorded over the previous week, showing little change despite the higher address count.
