Aave has raised borrowing limits against Bitcoin and Ether collateral across V3 and V4, with core WBTC and cbBTC borrowers gaining about 11% more capacity.

Aave has increased borrowing limits for Bitcoin and Ether collateral across its V3 and V4 lending markets, according to The Defiant.
For core WBTC and cbBTC borrowers, the changes allow roughly 11% more borrowing against an unchanged amount of collateral.
Using the full expanded allowance leaves a smaller buffer against falling collateral prices. The additional borrowing capacity therefore comes with less room to absorb a market decline.
